All patients registered at Carnewater Practice have a named GP.
What does this mean for our patients?
As one of our patients, you have a named GP. Whilst it is not always possible to see or speak to your named GP, all patients are assigned a GP who is responsible for your overall care and support that our surgery provides to you. They also work with other relevant health and care professionals, who are involved in your care, to ensure that your care package meets your individual needs.
If you have any questions, or wish to discuss this further with us, please contact us.
